Parallels

Story

Rejecting fixed perspectives in art and architecture, post 13th century Chinese painters introduced parallel perspectives to demonstrate a realistic representation of layers in space in their paintings. The Chinese created this theory to defy the commonly used fixed perspective.

Perspectives change depending on the viewer, and no singular perspective can accurately define a space. Just like how body types vary by person, and shirts designed for the masses don’t accurately fit the population.
