The Kearny shirt is part of our Professionals collection inspired by storied streets in San Francisco. Running north from Market Street to the Embarcadero, Kearny Street was originally named "La Calle de la Fundacion" by the Spanish, meaning "street of the foundation." Similarly, this men’s dress shirt serves as a foundational piece for a sophisticated weekday wardrobe.
Cool and calm, the Kearny’s blue and white stripes pattern makes it a perfect fit for heading out for a drink with friends, or biking from meeting to meeting. Embodying an elegant but forward style, this shirt features our cutaway collar, a dobby fabric, innovative convertible cuffs, two-ply Egyptian Cotton from the renowned Italian mill Tessitura Monti, and unlimited comfort. Take a step onto the road you were meant to travel.
Just a friendly heads up that as part of a limited run collection this shirt could sell out quickly. We offer easy 30-day returns, so you can shop confidently.

Egyptian cotton is a particular variety that is grown in only a few other places. It is renowned as some of the best in the world. It has an extra long staple, which means it has longer fibers, resulting in a silkier, more durable fabric. Poplin, sometimes called broadcloth, is a plain weave which means the threads alternately cross over and then under each other. This results in a very smooth and durable fabric that has an almost silky hand feel, particularly with higher thread counts. Also, poplins look very crisp when ironed.
