Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays are big nights for most people. Eager to shake off the grip of the work week, you head to restaurants, bars, lounges and clubs. What most of us don’t realize is that those very nights are the pits for servers and wait-staff, bar-backs and bartenders. They deal with your unreasonable orders and ridiculous demands. Yes it’s their job, but not when you make a fuss about your kamikaze shots (stop ordering them, you’re no longer in college).

Then comes Sunday night, Industry Night. Industry Night is a tribute to the hospitality industry, those fine guys and gals that would nothing more than to enjoy themselves one night of the week.

Industry Night’s fabric is midnight blue, the real black. Dress it up with links, or down on a pair of smart denim. The tall semi-spread collar looks great with or without a tie.
